There are four categories of nominees:

- Head of School
- Division Head
- Director of Athletics
- Assistant Athletic Director
- Faculty member
- Current Coaches (2) (rotating every 2 cycles and selected by the Director of Athletics)
NON-VOTING MEMBERS
- Director of Community Engagement
- Director of Advancement
